Delores Bailey, Executive Director, maintains and oversees all programs, development, financial operations and fundraising. She works closely with area non-profits to promote collaborations and community unity. Delores is a member of the following boards and committees: Chapel Hill Carrboro Chamber of Commerce, Foundation for Sustainable Living, Campus Y, Community Leadership Committee, N.C. Nay Howell, Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator joined EmPOWERment's team last year and has taken the fundraising to a whole new level. She brings many years of nonprofit experience to the group.
