Delores Bailey, Executive Director, maintains and oversees all programs, developement, financial operations and fundraising. She works closely with area non-profits to promote collaborations and community unity. Tom Ganter, Construction Manager, oversees the construction and renovation projects and assists with administrative tasks. He is directly responsibile for developing project budgets and schedules, coordinating and managing contractors, and maintaining project records. Timberly Cheek, Property Manager, is a licensed Real Estate Broker with seven years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Property Management. Deanna Carson, Director of Community Programs, joined the team in September 2007. Deanna organizes event in the community, such as Community Watch and Neighborhood Night Out. She also manages our very successful Career Explorers program and conducts the Homebuyer's Education Class.
