The Affordable Rental program rehabilitates and rents apartment units and homes at subsidized rates in Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Chatham County. This program serves two purposes: 1) helps alleviate the large demand in the area for affordable rental housing and 2) protects our neighborhoods for working class families.
